this is gonna be a long entry. so close the damn browser now if u dun wanna read it. ;pThe adventures of work @ Sentosa day 3!well, work yesterday was damn peaceful lahs. even more peaceful then monday. in other words, even more boring. but something bad was abt to happen...in the afternoon, 8 guests came to Merlion with "imbiah thrill" package. which does not include merlion. then they did not realise tat the admission ops staff at GAC sold them the wrong package. they initialy wanted "imbiah hop" but were give "imbiah thrill" instead as the absent-minded staff there most probably mistook them as they were the same price.then after negotiation between my IC, amir and the admission ops duty supervior, they told us to go to the "imbiah ticketing" to change the tickets. so i took the tickets and went. the whole stupid thing abt this was when i was there, none of the staff was informed abt it. and when i needed contact numbers to verify details, they said "we dun haf our supervior's numbers" and guess wat, it came from their IC's mouth. after 30 plus minutes of waiting, finally they said...*laughs* "you got it wrong, you're supposed to go to 'imbah station' to change the tickets"nonsence, absolute bullshit. i was certain tat we were told by their duty supervisor tat it was "imbiah ticketing". yet they dare to laught abt their mistake. total load of bull crap. anyway, i did not want to pick a fight there as i need the tickets urgently and there were guests around. thankfully, when i returned to the guest, they were all smiles and i was tipped, along wif a little "pig" soft toy. they were very kind and outgoing, even though they're quite demanding at first.Conclusion: admission ops management sucks and their staff are clearly unprofessional. poor communication resulted in my 30 plus mins of waiting. and how can they not have their supervisor's contact numbers? how can they say they were not informed after 30 mins? clearly a sad case of unprofessionalism. =(
